Contact our editorial team

Last updated

The fastest way to reach the editorial team: hello@elitewphost.com.

For anything code-, data-, or methodology-related, the same address reaches the editor directly. Methodology disputes, benchmark-rig questions, and corrections get a public response on the relevant article.

What we’d love to hear about

We read every email. The ones we move on fastest:

Host plan errata

If a price, PHP worker count, refund window, or included-feature claim on this site is wrong or stale, tell us. Include:

  • The article URL.
  • The exact claim you’re disputing.
  • A link to the vendor’s current documentation or a dated screenshot.

We correct within 2 weeks of any plan or pricing change as a policy and faster if you flag it. Corrections are dated in the article body, we don’t silently rewrite history.

Benchmark methodology disputes

If you operate a host we cover and you think our test setup disadvantages you, or you’re a reader who spots a flaw in the rig, subject line “methodology dispute” and tell us what you’d change. We respond within 7 days. If your critique holds up, we update the methodology page or re-run the test and date the change. We will engage in public if you prefer.

The k6 multi-region rig is currently commissioning so methodology feedback right now is especially welcome and especially actionable, it shapes the rig before it solidifies.

Missing competitor request

If you run a serious WooCommerce store on a host we don’t cover, Pantheon, Convesio, Servebolt, Pagely, Gridpane, a regional managed-WP host and you think the audience here should know about it, email us. Tell us what plan you’re on, what your store looks like (rough revenue band and traffic shape) and what the host does that the eight we cover don’t. We don’t add hosts just because they exist; we add them when there’s a real case for the WooCommerce audience.

Corrections to the author bio, the editorial process, or our disclosure pages

If something on the about, methodology, or affiliate-disclosure pages is misleading, please push back. EEAT is the whole point of this site; we’d rather be corrected than be polished and wrong.

What we don’t accept

Saying no in advance saves everyone time:

  • Link insertions. We don’t add outbound links to existing articles for money, free product, “exposure,” or guest-post barter.
  • Sponsored posts. No sponsored articles, no “featured host” placements, no paid slots in comparison tables, no commissioned listicles.
  • Paid reviews. We don’t take payment, hosting credit, or “extended trial” arrangements in exchange for a review. We pay for the plans we test, at the same price you would.
  • Guest posts. No accepted guest posts at this time. If we eventually open this up, it will be announced on the about page with a clear editorial process.
  • Link removal requests. We don’t remove honest critical coverage of a host on request. We do correct factual errors, those go in the errata bucket above.
  • AI-generated content pitches. The whole site exists because that content is exactly what saturates this niche. Please don’t.

Press, partnerships and program managers

Affiliate program managers from the hosts we cover (Kinsta, WP Engine, Cloudways, Rocket.net, Nexcess, Pressable, SiteGround, Hostinger), hello@elitewphost.com is the right address and our affiliate-disclosure page lists the current status of each program. Partnership inquiries that try to negotiate ranking, exclusivity, or “featured” treatment will get a no; everything else (clean affiliate program enrollment, tracking ID hygiene, plan-change notifications) is welcome.

A note on response time

Editorial is a small team. We aim for a 48-hour first response on weekdays and 7 days on methodology disputes. If you haven’t heard back in a week, resend, your email almost certainly got buried, not ignored.
